Email us at claims@pncltd.uk with the details of your accident. We'll ask for:
- Date and location of the accident
- What happened
- Details of the other party (if known)
- Your vehicle details
- Any injuries sustained
Step 2: Claim Assessment
We review the details and confirm whether you have a valid claim. This usually takes one business day.
Step 3: Replacement Vehicle & Recovery
If your vehicle is damaged, we arrange recovery and a replacement vehicle while yours is off the road.
Step 4: Vehicle Repairs or Settlement
We arrange for your vehicle to be inspected and repaired — or negotiate a cash settlement if you prefer.
Step 5: Injury Claim
If you've been injured, we arrange a medical assessment and our panel of lawyers pursues your personal injury compensation.
Step 6: Settlement
